LAHORE: The Lahore Excessive Courtroom on Tuesday reserved verdict on maintainability of a petition in search of disqualification of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. An area citizen had moved the petition that Shahbaz Sharif in addition to being Punjab Chief Minister was chairman of Punjab Mass transit Authority. He stated the regulation didn’t permit anybody to carry a twin public workplace. The petitioner stated that the Punjab chief minister had misplaced his eligibility underneath Article sixty three of the Structure. He requested the courtroom to disqualify him for the alleged violation of regulation. After listening to preliminary arguments, the courtroom reserved verdict on maintainability of the writ petition.
