ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Saqib Nisar has constituted a bigger bench to listen to appeals, filed by members of civil society in Shahzeb Khan homicide case.
Based on Geo Information report, the case can be heard on Saturday (in the present day) by a 3-member SC bench, headed by the chief justice and comprising Justice Sajjad Ali Shah and Justice Faisal Arab on the Karachi Registry.
Members of civil society had approached the Supreme Courtroom towards the Sindh Excessive Courtroom ruling, which put aside the dying penalty for Shahrukh Jatoi and others, convicted for the 2012 homicide of Shahzeb and ordered their retrial by a periods courtroom.
