ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Courtroom Wednesday ordered arrest of the Punjab police officers having pretend levels.
Accepting seven appeals filed by the Punjab authorities towards the Lahore Excessive Courtroom orders, a 3-member bench, headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, directed the arrest of policemen who have been appointed regardless of having pretend levels.
Further Prosecutor Punjab Muhammad Jaffer advised the courtroom that seven official have been appointed in Rawalpindi police on pretend levels, whereas a variety of such instances have been pending with courts.
He stated the trial courtroom had launched the accused on the idea of departmental motion and the LHC held that departmental motion taken towards the accused was fairly adequate.
The policemen having pretend levels embrace Muhammad Ayyub, Jehangir Akhtar, Arshad Mahmood, Majid Ali, Bunyaad Hussain and Ghalib Hussain.
