Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz has written a letter to the United Nations (UN) secretary basic highlighting Indian makes an attempt to deliver demographic modifications to India-held Kashmir, stated a press launch from the Overseas Workplace.
