Iran’s overseas minister says his authorities has acquired “contradictory alerts” from the Trump administration and does not know how one can interpret them.
Mohammad Javad Zarif advised the Council on Overseas Relations Monday he hasn’t communicated with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson. However he stated “it doesn’t suggest that there cannot be (communication), as a result of the chances for engagement with regard to the nuclear deal have all the time been open.”
Zarif confused that “Iran is critical concerning the nuclear deal” which “can lay the inspiration, not the ceiling.”
He stated the International Atomic Energy Agency has verified Iran’s compliance with the settlement, however sadly the U.S. has not complied.
Zarif stated this “creates the impression in Iran that america’ hostility towards Iran won’t ever finish. And I feel that may be remedied.”
