ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Islamabad Excessive Courtroom (IHC) Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi has shaped a bigger bench to listen to the case of PTI Chairman Imran Khan who has challenged powers of the Election Fee of Pakistan (ECP) to provoke contempt of courtroom proceedings.
The bigger bench, headed by Justice Aamer Farooq, will hear the case on Monday.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb shall be different members of the bench.
