The winners of the forty fifth annual Daytime Emmy Awards have been introduced. It was revealed on the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Sunday, April 29, that “Days of Our Lives” was the large winner, bagging 5 awards together with Excellent Daytime Drama.
The cleaning soap opera gained the class after besting fellow nominees together with “General Hospital“, “The Bold and the Beautiful” and “The Young and the Restless“. Along with Excellent Daytime Drama, “Days of Our Stay” earned some stars awards with James Reynolds, who performs Abe Carver, being named as Excellent Lead Actor in a Drama Collection. In the meantime, co-star Greg Vaughan was introduced as Excellent Supporting Actor in a Drama Collection for his beautiful perfomance as Eric Brady. Greg bested fellow forged member Chandler Massey, who portrays Will Horton.
