KARACHI: The Sindh Excessive Courtroom (SHC) on Monday granted bail to Axact Chief Government Officer (CEO) Shoaib Shaikh and 14 others within the pretend levels case.
Justice Iqbal Kalhoro accepted the bail plea towards a surety bond of Rs500,000 every after listening to arguments from each events.
All these granted bail within the case have been in custody for the previous eleven months.
Lawyer for Axact, Shaukat Hayat, argued through the listening to that the Federal Investigation Company (FIA) and the prosecution had been using delaying techniques, stating that the accused haven’t been indicted so far – regardless of a lapse of 15 months.
Hayat claimed there had been no headway within the case to legitimise his stance that the accused have been entitled for bail, particularly since his shoppers had no felony report or allegations of involvement in terrorism.
