Australia is suing the native arm of Volkswagen for allegedly deceptive clients by promoting modified automobiles that coated up emissions fraud.
Its shopper watchdog claims Volkswagen deliberately bought greater than fifty seven,000 such automobiles over a 5-yr interval.
The Australian Competitors and Shopper Fee (ACCC) is in search of a public declaration of misconduct, monetary penalties and corrective promoting.
