Karachi police on Thursday rescued an eleven-yr-previous boy working as a home servant in a home in Karachi’s Defence Housing Authority (DHA) space, officers stated.
The minor was recovered with seen marks of torture on his physique, they added.
Darakhshan police raided a home situated on Khayaban-e-Shamsheer in DHA and arrested proprietor of the home over costs of illegally confining and torturing the eleven-yr-previous boy, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Karachi-South Saqib Ismail Memon informed Daybreak.
SSP Memon stated the eleven-yr-previous was recovered in “dangerous situation”.
The senior officer stated a grievance had been introduced ahead by the boy’s father, Mohammed Ishaq, who accused Rizwan of stopping the eleven-yr-previous from assembly his household in his hometown in Badin.
He additionally alleged that the proprietor was subjecting his son to maltreatment
The police then carried out an investigation and raided Rizwan’s home, recovering Ishaq’s son.
The boy was despatched to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for a medical examination.
